  • Use the “Contact Us” feature on our website to book an appointment. You may also email us directly at info@berryblisscleaning.com.

  • Let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible by emailing us at info@berryblisscleaning.com.

  • Maintenance cleanings include mostly wiping and tidying up a space. Whereas deep cleanings require scrubbing, removing mineral deposits, or deep grime.

  • We provide an estimate of when we will arrive for an appointment to account for any traffic issues in travel time between clients or other unexpected matters. We always provide updates of our travel time to keep you in the loop!

  • We ask that you be home for the entire first appointment. If you are not able to be home for any following appointments, please let us know ahead of time to discuss alternative methods of opening and closing the home.

  • For your pet’s safety and comfort, please make sure they are secured in a crate, carrier, or closed-door room during the entire appointment. This will help us provide our best quality work for the time booked.

  • We do provide our own supplies. However, if there are any products you would prefer us to use that you already have in your home or if you have any allergies to products, please let us know! We are happy to discuss how we can mold our routine around your preferred products.

  • You may pay using cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle. It is completely up to you if you would like to provide a tip additional to your payment. Keep in mind that we do not accept gifts, beverages, or food of any kind.
